WW has been triggering weird save resets/partial save data resets so it could well have been that. There's a new update for it since today.
Go through your whole mods and CC list and update all that have been updated -

Remove any mods/CC that are broken but haven't yet been updated.
Make sure you delete the localthumbcache.package file after updating your mods (or removing/adding mods).
