Household empty

I was playing this morning and I just tried to get back on and my households are empty? When I load the sims4, it shows my sim on resume game, but then when I load in, there is no bar on the bottom and my sim is just gone. I went back to the world and my house I just built shows vacant... So, then I went to view my households, and they are all empty. What is going on 😥
