For some reason after I exited out of one of my households it won’t let me back in. I don’t know if it is because i changed the name but every time I hit play it either let’s me click a symbol above ...

But I do have a family that I had saved and I tried to load it into that house because it is the one I lived in. For some reason it’s only happening to one of my families though.
I did save my game though I have 6 different saves from the household.
Ok for some reason I am able to play the household now, it will only allow me to play it if I hit resume now but for some reason before it wouldn’t let me hit resume. Thank you all for trying to help me.
