Households are Not Loading - Toddlers are Still Glitched.

Hi everyone! 

I've just decided to start playing my game again after taking a two month break. Before loading up I decided to update all of my mods (I have an insanely large mods folder so somethings might've been missed) but when I load up my game I cannot load into any household, it just keeps loading. I would like to note that a few weeks ago I loaded up my game just to check out new CAS items and I noticed that my toddlers faces are still really glitched despite removing all of the mods other players and creators have mentioned causing issues. 

I'm not really sure what to do besides the 50/50 or bit by bit method but that will take an eternity so I wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions and could help first!
