households not showing up on copperdale HSY sims 4

I have the high school years add on, i want to play in copperdale but the households arent showing up?? like i click in copperdale and i cant even move any household because there arent any household...

im trying to upload a  pic of how it looks.. but this webpage just wont let me idk why..

@beaarango94 When click on "quick reply" ther is only a small texteditor for answers. The button "reply" gives the fulk editor 😉

Damn, your Copperdale is broken. Thanks for your Picture, now i know what your question is.

Do you have mods? If YES, remove them, delete the file "localthumbcache.package" and try again.

If this isn't working, repair your game

    OMG i do not have any mods... and ive repaired it so many times.. and nothing! its so annoying!!!!!! RIP.
