Hi! The game lets me create a new household and design their home, but when I go to play as them the household is then not available and just goes back to manage world where the household is no longer there! This has been happening for a while and means I literally can’t play! The game is all up to date so I really don’t know what could be causing this weird glitch.

LanaBanana11111 Does this happen if you play with your computer offline? Please test and let me know. You can sign into the EA App and put it in offline mode, then disable wifi and/or disconnect the ethernet cable before pressing Play.
Please also let me know whether OneDrive is running on this computer, even if you never use it.
Hey thankyou for your feedback! I read that it might be due to some outdated cc. So, I tested a household without any cc and that seemed to be fine, but the moment I used cc it totally bugged out. So, I have gone through and deleted my cc and redownloading it all which I think has done the job!😊
