When you do a normal search, modded Sims won't be shown, but if you search on most downloaded last seven days, you'll be full on hit with the all crap humanly and inhumanly possible in the senseless plastic department. I'm glad that the filter-system works now. Even on houses that only have placement messed with.
This post isn't "outdated", it was made in March. It is now April and nothing about the issue has changed.
I used the "Most downloaded" option in the OP simply to illustrate what I mean better. Even if I search "Most recent" with CC untagged, I still see pregnant children, sims so fat they're almost spilling over the image border and sexy anime girls with painted-on clothing. :/
