How can I interpret the last exception file?

Hi! A couple of days ago I installed the game after upgrading from win7 to win10. I put all my saves and mods to the root folder and thought it worked out just fine until I started getting tons of lastexeption files the second I started actually playing. Looking at them I could tell there was an issue with mods and I only had wicked whims (which was updated) and I deleted it completely. After that I tried loading the game and I wouldn't get the lastexeption straight away. I had to play for probably 1-2 hours until it appeared. Basically what it says:
Exception while updating the sim filter service.. (AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'last_names')

But this text repeats multiple (A LOT OF) times. I'm sure I don't have any other script mods. I googled "Exception while updating the sim filter service" and didn't find anything other than "try to remove all script mods" which I did in the first place. Maybe someone here knows what this means? I should probably reinstall the game and try playing without any cc, but I'm afraid there might be something wrong with the saves. Could having cc lead to this at all?
