How Can I Make My Sims Game Run Faster without removing Mods.

I'm having issue recently with my game its started to run really slow and freezing when i try and move the camera round and taking forever to load. 

i've already removed Sims 4 folder etc but that didn't do anything. i don't want to remove mods because the game is boring without mods and i have about 45GB worth of mods.

i have updated some out of date mods.

i do have the lag fix mod but that is not helping. 

i've updated my drivers etc but still have the issue
