How do I delete cc from ps4?

I used to play on my computer and had cc. It caused the game to load so slow that I deleted it. I thought I did but ended up not deleting it all because when I bought the sims 4 for my ps4 it somehow...

    @STELLARAAA That isn't cc that's Mac makeup hat was added in a free update ages ago and it can't be deleted from the game.
