How do I get my missing households back?

Hello Sims People, I'm posting this as a new topic but it's not.  I'm just not tech-savvy enough to know what is a "mod" and don't want to make a mistake and completely delete something in my Sims g...

Hello!  

I had posted this before but no answer.  So I'll post it again. Put simply, my households and lots are "gone".  Meaning, I have them in my gallery but I can't place them in the "world".  I've saved all of my households and lots however, not all of them are there.  Could someone help me out with this problem, please?  

Attached are screenshots I took.  I hope someone can help with this.  I want my Sims back.  😢

What security software are you using ?

    I have Windows Defender and Norton Safe Web runs in the background.  Other than that, this is it.

      @RoamiBlu Could you check if defenders ransomware protection is blocking the Sims game ?

        Sorry for the extremely late response.  I think it's just the regular Microsoft Defender that comes with the software.
