How do I get my missing households back?

Hello Sims People, I'm posting this as a new topic but it's not.  I'm just not tech-savvy enough to know what is a "mod" and don't want to make a mistake and completely delete something in my Sims g...

Sorry for the extremely late response.  I think it's just the regular Microsoft Defender that comes with the software.

When I scanned my laptop it deleted my files for my Sims 4.  It thought they were viruses.  How do I prevent this from happening next time I do a scan?
