How do I make my sims automatically turn immortal at a certain age?

Is there any way to make my sims age then stop aging at a certain age and basically have them immortal? I'm using the MCC and set it to "All sims are Immortal." But this feature doesn't age up babies and infants unless you manually age them up using birthday cakes.

I want one where they can age up til young adults, and once they turn into a young adult, they're officially immortal. I've been scavenging the whole settings of MCCC but can't find anything like that..
