How do I sign my pet into the vet?

Hi! I've been searching everywhere but I can't find a solution to this. Everytime I go to the vet with a pet it says "there are no eligible pets to sign in", and I've tried everything. How do I sign...

If it is not sick you can't sign it up for anything but a general checkup or to be Neutered/Spayed.
