how to download NEW cc to hard drive

so i did the symbolic link and it kinda worked, it didn't transfer all my mods (idk if it bc i deleted some or bc they were lost) but i want to try to redownload them to my hard drive but i don't kno...

You need to manually  move the files just like it was explained in the guide to create a symbolic link.
