how to locate my cas background in my mods folder

Hi! I have been trying to get rid of my old cas background for a while now, the problem is that I can't locate my old cas background in my mods folder because I haven't made a system and it is chaos ...

I am wondering the same thing, as I downloaded multiple backgrounds and I don’t remember the names of the ones I downloaded and I tried searching in my mods folder by typing CAS or BACKGROUND and only one I just recently downloaded but the one that’s showing up is an old one, what do I do?!
