How to make CC CAS poses show on Gallery share?

I've made few trait poses in blender and they work in CAS... The problem is I don't know or understand how everyone is making the poses show on the Gallery upload images of the created sim (typically as 1st and 2nd pose). Do I need a mod or what? I've never used anyone's CC poses so this stuff is completely new to me.
