How to switch floors

How to view the whole house when the controls arent what it is?

Like I cant view upstairs whithout switching to another sim then back to the one i was on. i cant even view walls or roofs even if im in build mode. I dont know to fix this and not sure if its a bug. I really dont wanna stop playing this game its my favorite game and i even bought 7 expansion packs but if the viewing part is messed up to the point where i can see upstairs or the roof or the wall then i might as well just throw the game away along with the money i spent on it. i love this game can someone tell how i can fix this?

    @Court0303 

    You go up with the Page up key and you go down using the page down key. You can also click up and down  in the top right corner.

    @Court0303 Hello!  Did you mean that the floors up/down options and walls views aren't working for you?  Just to be sure, as @jpkarlsen mentioned, you can use the page up/page down keys on the keyboard to move floors or use the arrows in the upper right corner.

    And to see the full walls and roofs in live mode and in build mode, you can use the End key or the walls view button in the upper right corner.
