Hello
Sometimes there can be issues when transferring mods/cc from Mac to pc.
Try removing the mods folder from the new sims 4 folder. Then launch the game, play the game for a little while and a new mods folder will be generated. Exit the game, then try placing your mods/cc from the USB into the new mods folder.
If you copied over your old "options" or "options.ini " file from the Mac, remove that, launch the game, and let the game generate a new one. You will need to fix up the settings in game options though.
