How to transfer mods and cc folders from Mac to PC ?

I've got new gaming pc today and it's almost set to play sims 4. Yesterday I saved sims 4 from Mac to usb. Today I downloaded sims 4 on pc, transferred saves from usb to new sims 4 folder on pc, gam...

There is only 1 resource.cfg file. Losing cc is devastating to me :( It killed my mood and joy of this new computer.
