The Sims 4 straight up won’t open. I have restarted my computer, and repaired the game, but it won’t open after the last update. When i hit play it starts to open and then it stops and brings me back to the EA app. Anyone else have or had this issue and knows how I can fix it? If it helps i play on a macbook. ive never had this problem before so im not sure what to do.
Same problem here, i am not on Macbook. I've tried everythig. Update, repair, deleted over 200 mods. Even reinstall the Ea app. Last night i just finished the house after 2 days and trying to move in. Man my game was loading for 2 hours. I just closed everything and went to bed. What the hell is that.
Hi! I’d recommend checking the LastException error. You can usually find details or codes there that explain why the game isn’t launching. I’m also a MacBook user, and I’ve often had this issue caused by files in the Overrides folder. If you want, you can share a screenshot so we can help you more in detail.
