I can only interact with household members
I can only interact with only household members.
The only interaction I have with anyone else ingame is make a joke about marriage and no introductory interactions.

The chat menu looks to be modded so might be an issue with your mods. In my game the little bubbles are white with a blue font, not black with a white font.
