I can't access my Spa

Question

I just placed the Maxis Perfect Balance Spa in Sulani, but when I go visit all the workers are outside and I can't get in. I made sure that it's on a Spa Lot, and all of the requirements have been filled, so I'm not sure why we can't access it. Please help! Picture for reference.

@crinrict Yes, it worked. I placed the Center of Center Massage and it worked fine. Maybe it's just this one?

@MeliKirk Since it's a maxis spa there might be something else going on.

Could you try placing the maxis spa on another lot to see if it's a combination of the lot you used and the specific spa ?

It sounds like something is blocking the entrance . Could be something about the terrain.
