I can't load a specific household no matter what I do

One of my households won't load and I have literally no idea why. I've tried pretty much everything I can think of. I've tried removing my mods, loading a different household then switching to them with MCCC as the only mod installed or with all the other mods installed, loading into the game then selecting the household, repairing the game, reinstalling, deleting the cache and thumbnail files. Nothing has worked. This has happened before, I used a recovered save and it worked. Until I got back on the game the next time. And that is what happened again. I've done just about everything with and without mods and nothing works. I've even thought that maybe since my computer was low on space it was causing the game to malfunction and I reset my computer (which needed to happen anyway) and it was a long shot, but unsurprisingly it still didn't work. And it seems there's hardly anybody else having this same issue.
