I can't play any of my families. It just goes to the main world menu

Question

I can not play with any of my family's, it just goes back to the main world menu... I do play with mods, But I know that people in my sims group also have the same issues, and they don't play with mods. I've updated, did the patch update, made sure my mods are up to date, repaired the game, and still, nothing. I just want to be able to play the game again

@kikiforevah The going back to map is just a symptom of a bug. Sometimes mod/cc related, sometimes game related.

To be absolutely sure it's not mods/cc for you, you need to remove all mods/cc and delete the cache files.

Are you getting any errors when booted back to the map.

@kikiforevah  Does a fresh save work (for testing) ?Your mods folder is empty except resource.cfg now ?

Just added them back in after trying to play. Nope. Didn't work

@kikiforevah  How big is your the sims 4 folder in documents ? If it's not too much like &lt; 2 GB, would you mind zipping the entire folder and uploading to googledrive or one drive and PM me the link ?
