I can't use my settings (TS4)
So I have tried everything, I uninstalled and reinstalled my game, checked every mod In my folder, everything! When I go into my settings it only gives me three options and whenever I click on any there's nothing to do on them.
In asking for help with that, I was trying to change my Sims lifespan and I don't know what I will do in the next major update ( they turn your mods off every major update) If I'm unable to turn my mods back on idk what I will do.. I'm asking for help, If anybody can help me I would be very thankful for that!

Have you tried a new game without any CC and mods? I suspect that one of your mods is causing the problem you have, probably one that affects the UI. So, try moving your Mods folder to the desktop and start a new game and check the Game Options menu to see if the options are there. If they are, then you definitely have a broken or outdated mod in the folder that you will have to hunt down and either remove or update.
