I dont have electricity in my lots

So i checked and i dont have the Off the Grid traits or wtv, idk if it has to do smth with my mods ( i did 50/50 with the suspicious ones) i checked my bills and theyre all good too, i also dont have any dlcs just base game stuff. Can anyone help me somehow? Ive tried everything. Yesterday i played and everything was good, but now nothing works. It happens on every single lot.
