I don't have the option to study opponents

For some reason I don't have the option to study opponents. My sim is an athlete and I want to get a promotion. In order to get a promotion I need to be able to study opponents which I do not have th...

@kanothenano I go to the computer and I go to the TV and I have the option to browse the web and to watch TV but no option to study opponents.
