I need help with MCCC setting

And now I got a pop up that a random townie gave birth to a baby boy she had with another one of my played sim!!! He was going to get a divorce anyway but still.

I took some of my sims to the Narwhal arms or whatever it is called in english and a bunch of my other sims were there as well, woohooing with strangers in the closet.

Why. I am so confused. This should not happen since I disabled stuff like that.

I kindly beg for help, I am desperate. It is fun though, ngl.
