First, make sure you've enabled CC and Mods in your Game Options.
The Vampire Initiation is an Event mod, so start at event planning.
The Vampire Counsel is a Career mod, so you'll find it when you choose a career.
I'm not sure which that third mod is. Perhaps Vampire Counsellor? That's also a Career mod.
Note that not all mods include all languages the game is available in. Ilkavelle, I think, lists the languages hers are in on her website. I think for Lily-Valley's you need a separate translation version as well as her original version.
