I have sims of pearl and Marina from Splatoon 2 that I made. I managed to find something that’ll work for Pearl’s Octo Dxpansion outfit and mostly the same for Marina, excluding the bandanna.
There is a bandana like that here unless you need it to go around some kind of accessory like she has in the picture:
