Icons become unclickable during CAS/Manage Households

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Every time I'm in CAS (or Manage Households), after some time passing by, all icons at the top right end up unclickable.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot open neither the gallery or icons next to the gallery icon, such as the notification wall or the options menu.
What do you expect to see? All icons (at the top right) being clickable.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Happened after the November 30, 2021 (Modern Menswear Kit) update, as well as later updates.

Hello everyone,

I've had this bug happen in my game quite a long time now. Every time I'm playing, either in CAS or on Manage Households mode, I'm experiencing bugs with the interface icons on the upper right corner. Which means, after some time passing by, I cannot click on the icons of both gallery or notifications wall. Once I try to click them, nothing happens.

When this issue happens in CAS, only clickable buttons are the tick and cross buttons, which redirect me to manage households. Once clicked on one of these buttons, instead of the default blue screen I end up with a black loading screen. On manage households, nothing is clickable, not even the options mode. And since I'm on windowed mode, I cannot exit the game. Only option to exit it is the Task Manager. Build Mode or Game Mode are not affected.

I have repaired the game, nothing happened. Same thing with my antivirus, disabling it for some time, nothing happens with the icons. They still remain unclickable. I have no idea what caused it.
