Infant Glitch or Bug/Error

I am having an issues with Sims.

1. When you go to the age range, it isn't in the proper order.  The infant icon is not at the beginning like it should be.  Instead its at the very end.

2. When you click on the infant, the infant appears with very long legs and you can't see the face at all.  The legs take up the whole screen.

3. In cast mode, it looks normal except for the long legs.  But in the game when you try to click on the infant and try to pick the infant up, it denies it.  It waves its hand around like there's no space to move around.  You can't do anything with the infant at all.  Won't let you.  

If you could take a look and help me with a fix or workaround, I'd appreciate it.
