@Sunnie_0208 If you have Growing Together and use CC, try adding Lumpinou's Milestone Fixes mods.
If you're on Windows, try switching to DX9. If that works, run a batch fix for DX11 in Sims 4 Studio.
If neither of these applies, please try moving the Sims to another lot and let me know if that helps.

I cannot access the manage worlds screen in any way, shape or form.
I do have all the gameplay and expansion packs and play with cc and mods - but I've tried the 50/50 method as well as loading with an empty Mods folder and it didn't make a difference.
I think the first time I got stuck on the lot was after a bunch of updates when I resumed playing at the end of October.

@luthienrising I can't access Manage Worlds. I can't access the map of the neighbourhood my lot is in, nothing.
I've followed all your steps. Still no change, I'm afraid. - It all works until I put my saves back into the new saves folder. When I then load my old save/game it's all back to the same problem.
I'm unable to attach the last exception file, but I can add the text (this is now WITH mods and cc but like I said, removing mods/cc didn't make a difference):

@Sunnie_0208 A broken adult mod is named in that file. Delete it, delete any add-ons for it, and then delete localthumbcache. Then delete any LE files (this is helpful just for keeping track of which ones are really current). Then try again.
