Infinite Loading for Chic Street Apartments

Hi crinrict, I play on Windows and yes, I do use some CC and Mods in my game.

I keep them up to date whenever a new patch it released but I've just tried using loading the game with CC/Mods disabled and both apartments now load so it must be related to something....not for the gruelling task of working out which piece is causing it. 

I wonder why it's just those two apartments.
