Hello, There is speculation that the servers are being overloaded, which may be causing the multiple issues on the launch day of the For Rent pack. I have not been able to download it myself, and some users have reported that their mods are affecting the game. I would suggest removing any mods you may have, if applicable. Despite not using mods, I am still experiencing the effects of these issues.
Hopefully, this resolves soon.
