Infinite loading screen when Traveling to home lot

I have tried EVERYTHING I could find on the internet to fix my sims game. So after the Reaper Rewards was introduced almost 10 days ago, my game has stopped working. It will work for the first hour, but then will not load my family lot and I will be stuck on the infinite loading screen when I try to travel back to the home lot. I have left it for over 3 hours one day and nothing. Before the game would take tops 5 minutes to load with all my Mods and CC active. I have played on different empty lots and with houses ( from gallery and EA house ). I have loaded the game and played as a different family for couple of sim hours. Try to go through different saves to see if there is any that is broken or corrupted, but it happens on all of them. So I deleted all Mods and CC as I had the mod checker for in game and it gave a list on the web. ( forget what it is called ) and it was going mad. Pop up every 2 minutes. I couldn't play the game. I assumed from the update that all mods were broken.
I have uploaded my lastExpection to a reader that I found through reddit. It always comes up about 4 - 6 error messages. The reader can't see an issue and thinks there is no reason for me to stop playing.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the sims 4. I have deleted the localthumbcache.package, avatarcache.package and accountDataDB.package and cleared cache on the EA app store every time I tried to launch and played the game. I have launched the game offline, unclicked don't show pop up at start for the mods. Got rid of all my Mods, Scripts and CC EVERYTHING is gone. Game complete vanilla. Put the graphics to the lowest setting on all and have laptop mod checked. I have moved my Electronic Arts fold on to the desktop and repaired then launch the game to create a new folder. Still loading screen issue.
The sims 4 has always saved to my OneDrive ever since I got this laptop in 2020. I did see online that's not supposed to be how it works? so I did unlink my OneDrive from documents and moved Electronic Arts folder to my Winder C:/ User/ Documents section. still no help.
I have had the sims 4 since 2014 and this is the second laptop I have had in that period. I have plenty of space on the laptop. The sims 4 is the biggest app I have on it. This is the first time since I got the game I have ever experienced an issue from updates. I have been blessed on my journey so far and I am grateful to have never had an issue.
I brought my laptop to get a service done and it and I explain to the technician what the issue was. He said my laptop was prefect and he couldn't understand why its suddenly not working. He said my laptop is slow to start up and connected to the internet, but other then that its prefect.
I don't know what else to do. Anything you can think of I have tried. TRUST ME ☹️. I am sad and worried I'll never fix my game again.
