Gallery
I have repaired, updated, removed files and mods, signed out and in again, and restarted the game and laptop. Tried the gallery from multiple saves and from the home screen - But the gallery will not let me load anything up and comes up with the attached image.
Hiyver When you removed mods, was it EVERY file, and did you delete the localthumbcache file? Because that still looks like mod interference.
