Did you remove your cache files when you added/removed mods?
I did and still nothing. My next step
is deleting the sims 4 file/folder and restarting the game to see if this helps
Sounds like you're trying to load lots that have CC that needs a DX11 update. Try the batch fix in Sims 4 Studio.
How do I do that?
And just fyi in a new save file I can travel to other lots this only happens when playing with my save file in particular?
