Infinite Loading

My game is currently stuck on an infinite loading screen. I've tried everything to fix this and nothing works. I've tried removing all of my mods and custom content, deleting all of my game files and...

@ThatOneWeeb727 Does this happen in new saves as well? What about if you load an existing save, but use Load Game instead of Resume, and choose to load a different household? I'd like to know whether the issue is confined to only certain households or saves.

The Sims 4 errors in your dxdiag have multiple causes, one of which is trying to load a save that's corrupt in some way. And I don't see any other obvious problems.

Finally, please let me know what kind of install this is: EA App, Steam, Epic, or something else.

@ThatOneWeeb727 Where is the infinite loading screen: when you're first loading the game, when you're trying to build or get to live mode, etc.? Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

    @puzzlezaddict The corrupted save part caught my attention. Turns out a cas mod I forgot about when I was making a sim (with mods enabled) was likely corrupting saves right out the gate. Whoops!
