Have you looked in your Applications folder? I've migrated one Mac to EA App and have the game installed externally on that machine so the game library location has been changed in EA App. Have you checked your game library location in EA App? Whatever that file path is is the one you should put into S4S. But really, the S4S website should be the place to ask 🙂

Hi again, yes I have looked and it’s in there it’s just not allowing the path to configure. I’m chatting to sims4studio at the moment and they said everything is in the right configuration path so it is a strange one. 🙂
So sometimes it allows me to put the path in and the screen comes up that shows the packages being loaded up ( the one with the little pen) and then the screen goes blank, or it could say that the path configuration is incorrect. Do you know when you were migrated what folders went where?

I haven’t used S4S for ages but will check it again tomorrow. If the error you’re having is in S4S and not EA App then it is up to the S4S team to fix it.
