Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

hi im also having the same problem, i have tried moving out my mod folder but have never ran any tests, how do i test it?
- 5 years ago@Capttain01 the best way to test is doing the 50-50 method. Add 50% of your mods back into your game, start a new game save, play around for a bit and see if you have the same issue. If you have the same issue, then the problem mod is in that 50%. If do you not have the same issue, then the problem mod is in the other 50%.
Once you know which 50% the problem mod is in, removal all the mods from your game, and repeat the process with the 50% of the mods that contain the issue until you narrow down which particular mod is causing the problem
