Invisible sims
Since updating the sims 4 - I can’t seem to see my sims - I tried factory reset and did sims reset and nothing seemed to work. What do I do

I can't even do that. Nothing I click on is responding.
What @CGrant56 said; my Sims turn invisible after being abducted by aliens. I usually have them hop into the shower, as that makes them visible again.
Invisible sims crop up from time to time in my game. Usually, it's when I do rocket ship missions. Many times they will become visible after a few minutes but sometimes they don't. Then I'll shut the game down, delete the localthumbcache file and restart to fix it. So, you might want to try deleting that file and see if it works for you.

and repair the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
Thank you for getting back to me but no I’m not suing mods I deleted everything -
Are you using mods/cc? Are they all up to date with the most recent patch (and creators have confirmed the update)
Can you see the sims when you play without mods?
