is it a bug ?

A couple days ago I experienced a glitch in my game, I had to repair may game to fix the issue with saving my game but when I repaired my game my sims cc started glitching  in game only not in CAS. I tried to fix the problem by deleting  and taking out cc and mods in my game to fix the situation but it didn't work. Is there a bug in the game or is it just broken cc or my game the only one having problems. Another thing that is recently happening is my game will crash 2 minutes into playing each time.
