I have human sims too. Let me describe my issue. When they were toddlers, they were fine. Even it takes about an hour, but they usually finished meals. The vamp young adult sims are fine too. They finishes their meal(plasma salad) in an hour. The human young adult sims finish almost same time as vamp Y/A. The problem is the Children sims who grew up from the toddlers. They start breakfast at 4:30 am now, then they finish at 6 am... without chatting. I installed no musical chair, no group chatting mod and that's why they finished a bit early. So, the problem in my game is endless group chatting + slow speed of eating. These 2 are combined.
Even the young adult sims take longer to finish the meals with endless group chatting. I tried No idle chat mod, personality please mod but unfortunately, didn't work. More personality please mod got worse.There is a human sim not tied to my family. Wife sim gets flirty with this human male sim and makes her husband got very angry, then he drank from this male guy without reason uncontrollably.
