Is there a mod to selectively automatically age sims? Or a cheat?

Basically, I've got a game going with almost 300 custom sims, in addition to the regular ones. With neighborhood stories they're moving in and out of homes, but because neighborhood stories doesn't pair sims off autonomously, and my sims are never going to get to know all of them, I'm basically just going to have a lot of them get old and die and then eventually be replaced by randos.

So is there some way to set the game so that the only unplayed sims that age are the ones that live in a neighborhood? So homeless sims just stay unaging until they move into a home, and then stop again again if they move out?
