Is there a way to download more "Styled Looks" for CAS?

Hey! I'm wondering if it's possible, or if there's a mod that makes it possible, to download more styled looks for CAS? Sometimes I want to change the looks of an NPC but can't be bothered with puttin...

Pardon my ignorance, but the S4S used to do this is a mod instead of a built in mod tool, right? (I am pretty sure I'd know if they had designed a really nice console like that, but I figured I'd ask because saving outfits is is something I would really like.)


Unfortunately, I'm probably the worst person to ask. I know nothing about modding and CC creation... just how to use it. I happened to come across that tutorial just a few days ago.
