Is there any way to delete mods while playing?

Anyone here remember TS2? Where you could just click on CC in CAS or building mode that you didn't like anymore and then delete it?

Is it possible in TS4? I know there is an app called "Sims 4 Mod Manager", but it is still under development and shows only like 20% of mods pictures, so in most cases it is impossible to tell what mod you are looking at. Deleting mods TS2-style would be far more convenient.

The name of any third-party tool or mod for this would be highly appreciated.
