Is this a pose or not?

I'm not sure if this is a pose or not. But you know how at the end of Disney's The Little Mermaid (1989) and Aladdin (1992).. how the Eric/Aladdin lift the Ariel/Jasmine up? I'm not sure if it's a pose, or if its an in-game mechanic. And I want to reshot some scenes and in order to do that I need this particular pose if it is a pose.
