Issue d3d9.dll

Hi, Im trying to put reshaders in my sims 4 game but its not working, I downloaded reshade.me and it says "d3d9.dll already exists, but does not belong to ReShade. Please make sure this is not a system file required by the game" What do I do? Where do I find d3d9.dll?
